Priming for Pleasure

Before we can experience pleasure, we must feel safe enough to be present.
Priming for Pleasure is a workshop about understanding the body’s natural intelligence: how the nervous system, breath, and awareness create the conditions for trust and arousal.

You’ll learn to move from thinking about pleasure to feeling it. Exploring what happens when the body is listened to, not controlled.

What you’ll learn

  • Safety and Presence – How the nervous system shapes pleasure, and how to regulate it for connection and calm.

  • Mind–Body Connection – Moving from intellectual understanding to felt experience through proprioception, interoception, and exteroception.

  • The Art of Stillness – Awareness meditation and micro-movements to awaken sensitivity.

  • Feelings, Emotions, and Needs – Building emotional literacy as the foundation for intimacy.

  • Breath for Embodiment – Diaphragmatic and pelvic breathing to unlock flow and relaxation.

  • Priming for Pleasure – Mindfulness, integrity, gratitude, and surrender as tools for deepening sensuality.

What’s to expect

A safe, trauma-aware space where we use breath, awareness, and gentle somatic practices to reconnect to the body. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your own nervous system and a personal toolkit for cultivating calm and aliveness.

The workshop will be five hours long, with a thirty minute break. The cost of this workshop is £139.00
